We will certainly try to accommodate early arrivals. Please call the office at 315-365-3000 to see if your site is available.
10:00pm–8:00am on weekdays, and midnight–8:00am on weekends.
Yes. There’s a 2-night minimum for all cottage and cabin rentals at all times, a 2-night minimum for non-holiday weekends, and a 3-night minimum for holiday weekends. There are no minimum-night requirements for RV or tent sites reserved Sunday through Thursday.
You must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. An adult 21 or older must physically occupy the site or cabin for the duration of the stay, and must be a parent, relative, or legal guardian of any accompanying minors.
Our reservation system is automated to offer the maximum number of available sites on any given day. If you opt not to pay the lock site fee, your site location may automatically change to an equivalent site type — without notice. If you want a specific site, we recommend paying the fee to avoid a potential reassignment.
How we handle extra guests, more than two pets, and tent add-ons.
Tents on RV sites are allowed for an additional fee, with a 4-day maximum. There’s a limit of 6 guests per site, and a $10 fee applies for each person above that.

You must have an RV to rent an RV site — we do not allow tents “only” on RV sites. We have a designated area for tent camping instead.
Absolutely. All guests and visitors must check into the office. Guests must check in during regular office hours and leave the campground by 11pm; those staying later must pay for an overnight pass.
A few restrictions we hold firm on, for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.
Fireworks and firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

We do not allow the use of ATVs or dirt bikes within the campground. If you plan to ride in the area, you may bring them, but they must remain on your trailer while in the campground at all times.
What to know if you’re bringing a boat or spending time on the water.
Absolutely — we welcome it. Please don’t park your boat or trailer on your site; we have a dedicated location for boat trailer storage, and dock rentals are available.
If you have a reservation with us, use of our boat launch is complimentary.
Swimming in our canal is strictly prohibited.
The practical stuff guests ask about once they’re settled in.
Due to limited availability and expansion in our area, Wi-Fi is available at the campground office only. We’re working on it!
No — our showers are free of charge.
We have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Washers and dryers are both $1.50 per load.
