Our 46 acres sit right in the heart of the Finger Lakes, wrapped by the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge. Thirty-three of those acres run directly along the river, so you get waterfront views from just about every angle on the property.
Bring your own boat and launch it at our marina, or rent a canoe or kayak for a lazy day on the river. With 30 boat slips available to rent, you can wake up and be fishing within minutes — no hassle involved.
Prefer to take it slow? Kick back at the pool or head out to tour one of the local wineries. Either way, we’d love to be your hosts.
